Shyanne Simone - Mezzo-Soprano

Shyanne Clark is a Mezzo-soprano from Brooklyn, New York.  She recently completed her Master’s in Vocal Performance at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. Shyanne is also an alumna of Wilberforce University, Ohio.

Shyanne currently pursuing a career in classical music and opera. As a versatile musician, she is active in many choruses, such as the Jeremy Winston Chorale; with whom she had the opportunity to sing at the White House for the president and first lady and travel in Europe with Prague Symphony Orchestra. Shyanne was also the assistant conductor of the Wilberforce University choir under the direction of Jeremy Winston.

Her musical talents were noticed from an early age. In junior high school where she was chosen to be a part of the gifted and talented concert band, where she played the flute. Shyanne was also a member of the Grammy Award-winning Brooklyn Youth Chorus Academy. With this group, she was given the opportunity to travel across the country and perform with various artists including, Elton John, Phillip Glass and John Adams to name a few. She served as the assistant conductor for her high school band under the direction of Deshawn Withers.

Ms. Clark is now performing across country and around the world.
