Brittany Sokolowski  is a senior in the opera conservatory at Purchase College. During her stay at Purchase she has played     the title roles in “Cendrillon” (Massenet), “Amahl and the Night Visitors” (Menotti), and will be playing Gretel in “Hänsel und Gretel” (Humperdinck) in the fall. She has also played the Witch in “Hansel and Gretel” as well as performed in scene  performances as Zerlina (“Don Giovanni,” Mozart), Pamina and First Lady (“Die Zauberflöte,” Mozart), and Sophie (“Der Rosenkavalier,” Strauss). A recent winner of the preliminary round, she will be advancing in the Classical Singer competition. She is a student of Kaori Sato.
